4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through our secure payment partners. We accept various payment methods including UPI, cards, and cash on delivery (COD).

Cancellation Policy:

• COD orders: 10-minute cancellation window
• Prepaid orders: No cancellation allowed
• Refunds processed as per our refund policy

5. Limitation of Liability

Electric Dada acts as a platform facilitator. We are not liable for the quality of services provided by electricians or shops, property damage, or personal injury resulting from services.
